Q. Will MEDIAtlas work on a MAC as well as a PC?
A. Yes, providing your PC's Web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 / Mozilla 1.7, and your Mac's version is Mozilla 1.7

Q. Can I access MEDIAtlas from any location?
A. If you have your login details (username and password) with you, you can access MEDIAtlas from any Explorer browser. This means that when out of the office, at exhibitions, working from home or at a client site, you can still access your contacts and distribute news releases!

Q. What paperwork do I need to complete to order MEDIAtlas?
A. The registration form must be completed, signed and faxed back to PR Newswire. Call your account manager or 1-800-569-7726 or send an e-mail to mediaintelligence@prnewswire.com for assistance.

Q. Can I add additional modules or users to my subscription?

Q. How do I report an editorial change?
A. The system automatically allows you to enter editorial changes. Our staff will research any request concerning a media outlet or journalist. Private contacts are entered for your use only and are not updated by our research staff.
