Q. How does eWatch Web Pubs differ from public search engines?
A. eWatch has created its own proprietary Internet information engine rather
than relying on public search engines (Yahoo!, AltaVista, Lycos, etc.) that are
designed for commercial purposes. Those services try to index every site on the
Internet, including both news and commercial sites. In trying to index every
word on the Internet, it takes these search engines several weeks to return to a
site to receive new information. Our Internet information engine limits its
searches to editorial sites only and profiles each site to know when the site is
updated, which information is new, and scans that information against the search
terms that our clients have given us. This allows our Web Pubs service to
provide fresh news to our clients in every daily report.
Q. What is the definition of a user?
A. A user is the recipient of a report. The core eWatch package supports up to
five users. Each user may have his/her own unique set of search terms that
produces a customized report. Users may group their search terms in up to five
folders.
Q. How does your agency pricing work?

Q. How many search terms do I get?
A. eWatch allows unlimited search terms for each user, allowing you to monitor
for company name, key industry terms, and more. eWatch supports Boolean (AND,
OR, NOT, ADJ, etc.) search technology to pinpoint only the information that
interests you the most.

Q. When do I receive my reports?
A. Web Pubs and WebWatch reports are continually updated on our password
protected web site ensuring you have the latest information available.
Newsgroups, Online Service Forums, and Investor Message Boards are delivered in
the afternoon, after being reviewed by an analyst to remove unwanted postings.
Q. How do I receive my reports?
A. Each user will receive a user name and password to log on to a secure Web
site to view their eWatch report. You may also receive your report via email if
you prefer.
Q. Is there any human analysis?
A. Analysts review all Newsgroup, Online Service Forum, and Investor Message
Board content before posting them to your reports providing an additional filter
to make sure that the postings are relevant to your business.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. Signing up is easy. Simply download the eWatch Sales Agreement, fill it out,
and fax it to 1-800-856-4514. If you have any questions please call your local PR
Newswire Account Manager, e-mail mediaintelligence@prnewswire.com

you in setting up your search terms.
Q. How long will it take to start my service?
